So a few weeks ago I bought a big box of Pampers Diapers, which is the norm for me since I am very "brand loyal". I have alway put both boys in Pampers and I don't mind spending the extra money since it is the only diaper that won't leak for the 12 hours the boys sleep. But it so happened that with this box half of the diaper tabs tore off when I was diapering Evan. So in disgust I email P&G and voiced my disappointment and reminded them that I lost about $10 from this. I didn't think anything would come of it since I didn't have a reciept code or UPC code that they asked for, but nonetheless I wanted to vent a little bit.Well, within 24 hours I recieved an email stating that they were looking into it and that I would be getting some form of communication in the next few weeks. I waited and waited and figured that that was the end of it. But a few days ago I recieved an email stating that I would be getting a letter in the mail and today I got that letter. P&G reimbursed me the full amount (with coupons of course, but I am not complaining)!! So thank you P&G and of couse you will continue to have a loyal customer for at least 2 more years!
